Ingredients for Cheese Cake Recipe with Pomelo
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of agave
1 egg
200 g mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup coconut flour
Red fruit (preferably raspberries)
A pinch of salt
Sufficiently soiled pomelo

How to Make Cheese Cake with Pomelo
Beat the egg whites in a mixer with a pinch of salt and slowly add the agave and make the mereng. In another pot, whisk the mascarpone cheese with egg and milk, add the flour and mix. Add the mixture with a mild spatula.

Add the latest raspberries and transfer them to the small molded clamps. Bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees. Remove the cakes from the frig and put them in the refrigerator when they are cool. Remove the cake from the mold for 12 hours. When you serve, add fresh pomelo.
