MINI PANCAKES

Ingredients for mini pancake recipe
Half a glass of flour
Half a glass of milk
1 egg
A pinch of salt
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp butter
6 quail eggs
1 tablespoon cottage cheese
2 sprigs of dill (Minced)
Salt, pepper

How to make a mini pancake
Mix the flour, milk, egg, salt and baking powder for pancakes. Take the pan over the oven. Lubricate the pan when it is hot and pour 1 teaspoon from the dough into the pan.

Remove both sides from the stove after cooking. Mix the cottage cheese and chopped dill to spread on the pancakes. Apply the cheese mixture on the pancakes. In the last butter, place the quail eggs that you bake until you have an eye. Serve now.
