ANTEP NUTS AND CHOCOLATE MUFFIN

Ingredients for pistachio and chocolate muffin recipe
100 g powdered sugar
250 g flour
A pinch of salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
A pinch of carbonate
1 egg
50 ml milk
50 ml olive oil
1 cup yogurt
3 teaspoons powdered pistachios
3 teaspoons powdered coffee
3 drops of green food coloring
6 square pieces of chocolate
For the above

How to make pistachio and chocolate muffin
Blend powder, sugar, flour, baking powder and carbonate in a large mixing bowl. Beat eggs, milk, olive oil and yogurt with a mixer in a separate mixing bowl.

Add the floured mixture to the egg mixture and mix with the help of a spatula until all the material is thoroughly identified. Add powdered pistachio, powdered coffee and green food color to the mixture and mix. Dissolve the mixture into the muffin molds you lightly lubricate.

Add a piece of square chocolate to the middle and cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve warmly by dressing with pistachio nuts.
