Ingredients for the recipe for the fruity naked cake in the forest
1 sponge cake
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp starch
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla
2.5 cups of milk
1 egg yolk
1 pack of powdered whipped cream
For chocolate sauce
100 ml cream
150 g milk or dark chocolate
For the above
Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, kumquat
Mint leaves

How to make a forest fruit naked cake
Put the flour, starch, powdered sugar and vanilla in a sauce pot. Add the milk and egg yolk and mix well with the wire whisk. Cook on a medium fire and stir until the consistency of the custard by stirring constantly. Remove from the stove and warm up with occasional stirring until it reaches room temperature.

Add powdered cream to the stencil and mix with high speed with a mixer. Cover the surface with stretch film and cool in the refrigerator so that it does not hold onto the shell.

Heat the cream in a small sauce pan. Add the chunks divided into small pieces and remove them from the cooker. Stir until the chocolate melts. Let it cool until cool.

Cut the sponge cake 3 or 4 times. Place the layers on top of each other by spreading them from the cream you prepared. Pour chocolate sauce on top of the remaining cream. Decorate with forest berries and mint leaves. Serve by slicing.
