MINT CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients for mint flavored chocolate cake recipe
270 g dark chocolate
80 ml water
150 g powdered sugar
300 ml cream
Half teaspoon mint aroma
160 ml cream
200 g dark chocolate
How to make a chocolate cake with mint flavor
Lubricate two baking trays with a size of 24×32 cm and cool the oily paper. Divide the chocolate into small pieces and put in a small saucepan. Add water to it and melt on low heat. Separate the yellows and the yolks of the eggs. Whisk the yolks and sugar in a glass bowl for 5 minutes with a mixer. Add the chocolate mixture and transfer to a large container.
Take egg whites into a dry container. Mix thoroughly until mixer is solidified and add 1/3 of the mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix gently with the spoon. Continue to stir until the remaining egg whites have been added. Share the dough evenly on the trays. Pre-heated 200 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes to cook.
Remove from the oven and turn it over so that the paper portion is up and let it cool. Beat the cream and mint aroma with the mixer until dark. Place the cakes on a flat surface and trim two edges of each rectangle by trimming the edges. Place one of the cake pieces on the serving plate.
Spread 1/3 of the peppermint cream over it and place the other piece of cake. Repeat the process to complete the cake. Cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. In the meantime, heat the sauce in the sauce pot. Divide the chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream and stir until melted. Soak at room temperature until darkened. Serve the ganache on the cake and serve after cooling for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
